Subject: General Conditions amount Здравствуйте!Помогите перевести термин, используемый в договоре подряда на строительство. General Conditions amount... По смыслу похоже на Генеральную Смету, но есть бооольшое сомнение. Заранее спасибо! |

| If Owner decreases the Work, and if such decrease in the Work does not reduce the Time(s) of Completion, the Guaranteed Maximum Price will be reduced by the actual cost of such decrease in the Work including any decrease in the General Conditions Amount and Contractor's Fee will not be adjusted. - Вот такое предложение.)) |
