Enlgish translation:
Upon the request of The Employer the latter shall pay a supplement to the Employee for each hour of the overtime work at an amount of one and a half as much as the hourly tariff.

Obviously, there is something wrong with the translation. Can anyone tell me what is actually going on here?

Армянского не знаю, кроме пары-тройки слов, но предполагаю, что смысл таков: Upon receipt by the Employer of the relevant request from the Employee, the former shall pay to the latter the additional amount (overtime pay) at the rate of 1.5 @ regular hourly rate for each overtime hour.
