Суд. исследовав материалы дела, выслушав заявителей, заключение прокурора Мазаркина В.П., полагавшего, что заявление об удочерении подлежит удовлетворению, поскольку удочерение несовершеннолетней Сердюковой Саетпзны Владимировны не противоречит интересам девочки и соответствует зако юдательству со усыновлении детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей находит заявление подлежащим удовлетворению

The Court after examining the case materials, listening to the claimants , opinion of procurator Mazarkina V.P., assuming that an application for adoption is subject to satisfaction , as adoption of minor Serdyukova Svetlana Vladimirovna is without prejudice to the girl’s interests and was performed in accordance with the law on adoption of orphaned and abandoned children therefore grants the petition.

Upon investigation of the case materials and hearing of the applicant parties, the opinion of procurator Mazarkin V.P., which considered that the adoption motion was to be grated since the adoption of minor Serdyukova Svetlana Vladimirovna had no prejudice to the girl’s interests and complied with the Adoption Law with regard to children left without parents' custody, the Court considers the motion to be granted.
