Меня смущает п 1.2 не коряво ли звучит cosideration shall be equal to....

П 1.3: Consideration payable for the share shall be paid as follows:
Помогите, пжста, перестроить фразу, чтобы сделать ее более лаконичной.

Если еще что-то нужно изменить, буду признательна за совет

1.2 The consideration payable for the Share shall be equal to 11 650 000 USD (eleven million six hundred fifty thousand).

1.3 The Consideration payable to the Vendor for the Sale Shares shall be paid as follows: 4 600 000 (four million six hundred thousand) within 45 (forty five) days from the execution date; 7 050 000 USD (seven million fifty thousand) within 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which the first payment was made.
