"Please find attached" is considered outdated in business correspondence in the U.S. (Although a lot of companies did not get the memo :)) But pretty much every business writing class or bool advises against it in most adamant terms.

I would recommend writing simply: "Attached is (the document you requested)".

"Hereby find attached" sounds very strange. Even those who did not get the momo on "find attached" would not write it like that. :)

hereby - можно, конечно, только зачем? (:
