Правильно ли употребила which и нужна ли перед which запятая? |

Спасибо Susan 79! Можно еще вопрос? Как сказать "уменьшиться на 28%"? (в 2009 году количество выданных разрешений на работу уменьшилось по сравнению с 2008 годом на 28 процентов) is less by 28% as compaired with 2008? |

Number of vacant jobs has dropped down impacting foreign workforce presence in the region (or workforce flow into the region). В Вашем случае, я бы не ставил запятую |
