Всем доброе утро! Бразерсы, систерсы, хелпаните мне с сабжем в следующем контексте:

The Company suggested that the Company should lease the land plot (attachment l) where the roads around the land plot owned by the Company will be constructed. In return for the lease the Company shall grant a public servitude on the constructed road. The roads shall be owned by the Company, but they shall be maintained by the public authorities providing the same maintenance to other public roads.
