A temperature log must be kept to document storage within the right temperature interval. The temperature reading must be transferred to the temperature log every working day. Storage facilities should be checked frequently (at least once every working day). In case of storage outside the temperature range the Investigator must contact the monitor. Trial products stored outside the temperature range are not to be used and must be stored separately within allowed temperature ranges until after evaluation of condition performed by Novo Nordisk. Fifteen minutes or less outside the indicated range is negligible and allowed, and should not be recorded as a deviation.
