Subject: call should be made in the IV/WRS pharm. If the subject attends the clinic for an unscheduled visit, the Unscheduled Visit Form must be completed unless the subject attends the clinic to obtain additional trial products or auxiliary supplies. If the subject wants to obtain additional trial products an unscheduled dispensing call should be made in the IV/WRS and the subject notes should be updated accordingly.. Если субъект желает получить дополнительное количество исследуемых препаратов или дополнительные материалы call о внеплановой выдаче должен быть осуществлен посредством Интерактивной Системы Голосового Ответа/ ответа через интернет и соответственно должно быть внесено обновление в примечаниях субъекта. Подскажите, пожалуйста, как здесь назвать "call"? |

и еще к вопросу об IV/WRS - как назвать "withdrawal session"? must be completed in the IV/WRS In case a subject is being prematurely withdrawn from the trial, the Investigator will ensure that the procedures for Visit 57 (end of treatment visit) and Visit 58 (follow-up visit) are undertaken if possible. Subjects should be switched to suitable marketed product at the discretion of the Investigator. A withdrawal session must be completed in the IV/WRS. The primary reason (adverse event, non-compliance with protocol or other) for discontinuation must be specified in the eCRF. |
