The relationship between an adverse event and the pre-filled pen system (pen and/or needle) of the trial product must be assessed by the Investigator.If an AE is considered related to the pre-filled pen system, a complaint form in addition to the AE form must be reported in the eCRF.

Исследователем должна выполнятьсяпроводиться оценка причинно-следственной связи между возникновением НЯ и системой для введения препарата -предварительно наполненной шприц- ручкой (шприц-ручка и/или игла). В случае если НЯ расценивается как связанное с системой для введения препарата -предварительно наполненной шприц-ручкой, в эИРК должна быть дополнительно заполенена форма для НЯ.

нет там еще: If a SAE is considered related to the pre-filled pen system, a complaint form in addition to the AE form must be reported in the eCRF and a Safety Information Form must be filled in and sent to ХХ within 5 calendar days after obtaining knowledge of the event. The complaint sample is returned to Customer Complaint Center (CCC) as described below.
If a non-serious adverse event is considered related to the pre-filled pen system, a complaint form in addition to the AE form must be send to ХХ within 5 days after it has been discovered. The complaint sample is returned to CCC as described below.
Complaint samples are returned to ХХ , Att.: Customer Complaint Center.

Здесь имеются в виду клинические нежелательные явления, связанные с использованием не препарата, а самой шприц-ручки. Они, естественно, являются основанием для предъявления претензий.
