Добрый день!

Никак не могу сообразить как сказать по-русски:
In the search of a competent partner, national organisations like members of EA should be contacted.

В поисках компетентного партнера, следует связаться с национальными организациями, такими как ЕА????

When one of the co-ordinating organisations cannot or does not wish to fulfil the tasks of EPTIS any longer, it will inform the secretariat, giving a 3-months notice. The secretariat will then endeavour to find another competent organisation to be designated as co-ordinating organisation for the respective country or region. In the search of a competent partner, national organisations like members of EA,
should be contacted.

Одно только смущает, это они сами себе советуют что ли?
То есть речь о том, что если хочешь выйти из состава координирующей организации, необходимо уведомить секретариат, а дальше совет секретариату что делать, так получается???
