Mumma, ниже один из первых абзацев с этими сокращениями: In Johnson et al (2002) we linked the distinction between codified and tacit knowledge to innovation and learning. In Jensen et al (2007) we introduce two modes of learning related to this distinction. Using survey and register data from around 700 Danish firms we demonstrated that firms that combine R&D-efforts (STI-learning) with organizational learning and interaction with customers (DUI-learning) are the most innovative. |
