Subject: Помогите с длинным предложением, пожалуйста водитель обязан заплатить штраф в течение 30 дней с момента вступления в законную силу постановления о наложении штрафа, которое вступает в силу через 10 дней после его вынесения: это время дается водителю для обжалования решения.Спасибо! |

Option: The driver is/shall be liable to [pay] a fine within 30 days of the effective date of citation/the date on which the citation becomes effective which occurs 10 days after the citation is issued. This time span is/shall be allowed so that the driver may appeal against the ruling [to issue the citation]. |
