порядок погашения долга

Уважаемые переводчики, помогите пожалуйста подобрать перевод к предложению:

Стороны подписанием настоящего Соглашения договорились согласовать следующий порядок погашения Долга Нового Должника перед Кредитором:

By signing the present Agreement the Parties have hereby agreed to ....
1) allocate the scheme of loan amortization payable by the New Borrower to the Lender.
2) adjust loan amortizationby the New Borrower to the Lender.
3) to ensure loan amortization
4) to pay off loan amortization
5) чего-то еще - просто тупею .

А вот так коряво? By signing the present Agreement the Parties have hereby agreed to arrange the repayment of the Loan Amount payable by the New Borrower to the Creditor.

1) "allocate the scheme of loan amortization" - не знаю, что там было в русском, но у Вас неправильно. scheme нельзя allocate.
