Пожалуйста помогите перевести предложение, у меня что-то совсем плохо получается:

Многие из тех, кто оказывает помощь беженцам, продолжают считать лиц, которым отказано в предоставлении убежища, нуждающимися в защите.

Мой вариант:
Many of those, who render assistance to the refugees, continue to consider people, who were refused to grant asylum, as those who need protection.
