Выручайте! Как лучше перевести "справка" (из ПФ) - Reference или Statement?
И такая фраза:
"Номер счета , с которого будут производиться (осуществляются) расчеты со своими работниками по всем видам доходов".

У вас получается, что платежи будут с "номера", а не со "счета", как того следовало бы ожидать по здравому смыслу.
