Подскажите, пожалуйста, какое может быть значение у словосочетания undeclared work. Контекст - требования к подрядчику в соответствии с Декларацией ООН о праве на развитие и пр.
In light of the foregoing, the service provider agrees to comply with provisions in force regarding:
 labour law, notably as regards compliance with rules governing undeclared work;
 environmental law;
 and it agrees not to enter into agreements with sub-contractors, private individuals or legal entities which, to the best of its knowledge, do not comply with the above-mentioned provisions.
