Здравствуйте!Прошу помочь с переводом последней фразы, выделенной ЗАГЛАВНЫМИ БУКВАМИ: Each party agrees that money damages would not be a sufficient remedy for any breach of this Agreement by the other party or its Representatives and that in addition to all other remedies which may be available, each party shall be entitled to specific performance and injunctive or other equitable relief (including against a party’s Representatives) as a remedy for such breach and the other party further agrees TO WAIVE AND TO USE ITS BEST EFFORTS TO CAUSE ITS REPRESENTATIVES TO WAIVE ANY REQUIREMENT FOR SECURING OR POSTING OF ANY BOND IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH REMEDY.
