Subject: Меморандум о взаимопонимании notar. Люди добрые, шеф попросил помочь с документом, в юридической стороне кторого я не очень сильна, так что, прошу пояснить:a) Comport Letter - Согласовательное письмо? b)existing Bank - обслуживающий организацию в даннный момент банк?? c) receiving the amount due to the Bank - получение суммы в банке ? d) to release the Prime pledge of the Property - отказ от права на собственность?? By the request of the lender (if required) the owners will arrange a :" Comport Letter" from their existing Bank confirming that upon receiving the amount due to the Bank they will release the Prime pledge of the Property and/or shares of the owner of the Property and/or collateral assignment of the right to receive rent under the lease(s) with the Tenant no additional covenants from the borrower or its shareholders, with subsequent mortgage of the Property upon release of the mortgage securing the Current Debt Спасибо заранее) |
