2.4 Monitoring and Self-Inspection Programs
2.4.1 Quality Audits
The Company conducts self-inspections according to SOP 09-67-778. The SOP
for internal audits was written in accordance with the relevant ICH, CFR, ISO
and Medical Device Directive guidelines. An audit program is issued at the
beginning of the year by QA. Manufacturing and support units (QC labs,
Warehouse, Maintenance, Engineering, Documentation Center and QA) are
audited annually.
