Привет всем! Народ,срочно спасайте! Впервые перевожу текст про пожарную безопасность и вообще safety policy... Так как русский речь меня уже покинул, помогите пожалуйста перевести следующее:

1. Off-Site Records Storage Facilities
2. Vital Records/Essential records/Non-essential records
3. the rack structure so that any box can be reached appropriate to the risk covered (чего такое rack structure?)
4. standpipe system
5. mezzanine walkway
6. Assess corporate fire prevention, safety policies and procedures as changes in business operating conditions or applicable local laws occur (причем тут occur?).

3.3.7.1 Vital Records

Automatic protection system installed to include:
• A total flooding system shall be provided such as INERGEN, FM 200, etc.
• Portable fire extinguishers or small hose stations should be provided throughout the rack structure so that any box can be reached appropriate to the risk covered
• Flow alarms, smoke detectors, and other supervisory devices should signal offsite to a central station
• Water supply for fire protection at the site must be under the control of building management, or otherwise proven reliable
• Stairways should be protected to 1-hour fire resistance for fire fighter protections and access
• All buildings over 75 feet in height shall be provided with a standpipe system
• The plant security and maintenance staff will be trained to properly respond to fire emergencies

3.3.7.2 Essential records
Automatic sprinkler protection should be provided throughout arranged as follows:
• Ceiling sprinklers: Fast response sprinkler heads with a discharge rate of7.5mm/min for an area of operation of 260 sq.m/2798.6 sq. ft., for storage of heights no greater than 2.5m/8.2 ft. and/or
• Stairways should be protected to 1-hour fire resistance for fire fighter protection and access
• Rack sprinklers: Quick response heads installed as follows:
• One row on 8 ft. centers below each mezzanine walkway
• One row on 8 ft. centers (nominal: at rack uprights, up to 9 ft on centers) in the longitudinal flue space on each rack, above every third shelf (nominally, 6 ft., 13 ft., 20 ft., etc.)
• In rack sprinklers designed to provide 30 gpm to the fourteen most remote heads, balanced with the ceiling demand and 250 gpm internal and 250 external hose stream demands

3.3.7.3 Non-essential records
• Fast response sprinkler heads shall be provided at ceilings and are preferable under walkways
• Stairways should be protected to 1 -hour fire resistance for fire fighter protection and access
• All buildings over 75 feet in height shall be provided with a standpipe system
• The records storage manager must provide documentation (Risk Assessment) that storage arrangements, management procedures and protection has been reviewed with and accepted by local fire authorities.

Попробуем помочь горю, но сейчас нет под рукой точных ссылок, поэтому только по памяти, не взыщите.
1. Хранилища документации, расположенные вне территории объекта
2. Как точно у русских пожарников это называется, не знаю, но речь идет о классификации документов по важности: документы критической важности, основная документация, второстепенная документация. Т.е. если первые будут потеряны в результате пожара, контору можно закрывать и забыть, чем она занималась; вторые необходимы для ее нормальной работы, без третьих в случае чего можно обойтись.
3. Устройство стеллажа должно предоставлять доступ к ящикам с документами в соответствии со срочностью их эвакуации, т.е. чтобы самые важные легче было схватить и унести раньше других.
4. Путь эвакуации (mezzanine в архиве может быть просто поднятый над полом переход на другой этаж, сетки такие с лестницами как в финальной сцене Терминатор-1), опять же на вскидку не знаю как его обозвать по-русски.
5. по мере появления изменений в условиях работы компании и местном законодательстве...
6. ССО в банке вообще-то по стандарту это - Chief Credit Officer, но словотворчеству никто пределов не ставил, так что хрен его знает...

2. По-русски "это" называется "очередь эвакуации". Пишут на сейфах в конторах: "1-я очередь", "2-я очередь". Типа, при пожаре выносить в первую очередь...
