Каждая команда, передаваемая на ККМ, имеет уникальное сочетание значений и количества полей данных. Она состоит из стартового символа, кода сообщения, пароля передачи данных, полей данных, разделенных управляющим символом 1Сh (FS), стопового символа и BCC. При наличии ошибки контрольной суммы в ответе ККМ необходимо выдать 15h (NAK), ответ ККМ будет повторен. Команда выполняется только при разрешенном состоянии DSR. NАК можно посылать, пока не будет получен ответ без ошибки контрольной суммы.

Every command transmitted to the ECR has a unique combination of data field values and number. It includes an STX character, a message code, a data communication password, data fields separated by the 1Сh (FS) control character, an ETX character and a BCC. "transmit" -- скорее относится к передаче энергии или радиосигнала. В данном контексте я бы использовал -- "send".
"In case there is" -- может быть -- "In case of a checksum error in ECR response ...".
"in the state of DSR" -- мне кажется -- "in DSR state".
"NAC can be sent until a reply without any checksum error is received" -- я бы написал так -- "NAK can be sent until reseiving response without checksum error"

It THE COMMAND STRING includes/CONTAINS an STX character, a message code, a data communication password, data fields separated by the 1Сh (FS) control character, an ETX character and a BCC.

The command is executed only IF in the state of DSR VALUE IS SET TO "ALLOW"/"1"/[DSR OPTION IS SELECTED] (depending on the context).
