Subject: в обеспечение исполнения обязательств помогите, плз, перевести фразу "в обеспечение исполнения обязательств"текст - заключить договор поручительства в обеспечение исполнения обязательств Компанией как заемщика по кредитному договору, по которому кредиторы.... мой вариант - to enter into Guarantee agreement in discharge of obligations by the Company as a borrower under the loan agreement under which the creditors..... |
