Может, например, multidirectional?
Хотя, в принципе, выражение многовекторность политики уже стало визитной карточной не только лидеров России и Беларуси (Кучма тож такое любил). Так может и оставить multivectoral policy. (...glastnost, perestroika, multivectoral policy :)))
