unto order or assigns

Уважаемые коллеги, нужна помощь
в транспортной накладной встречается выражение "goods ..... to be carried... to the port of discharge or the place of delivery shown herein and there to be delivered unto order or assigns".
не могу никак перевести последнее словосочетание, со слов there to be.... особенно предлог в данном сочетании слов.
заранее благодарна/

имхо ... и там переданы определенным приказом или назначенным лицам...
