Попадался ли кому-нибудь термин из сабжа и находил ли кто из вас для него хороший эквивалент?

В качестве контекста приведу такой отрывок:

The Statement of Assurance (SOA) is an annual report that certifies the Secretary of the Navy's level of reasonable assurance as to the overall adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls within the Department. The statement must take one of the following forms:

Unqualified Statement of Assurance — The DON has reasonable assurance that internal controls are in place and operating effectively to accomplish the organization's mission.
Qualified Statement of Assurance, Considering the Exceptions Reported — The DON has reasonable assurance, with the exception of the material weaknesses identified in this report, that internal controls are in place and operating effectively to accomplish the organization's mission.
Statement of No Assurance —The DON does not have reasonable assurance that internal controls are in place and operating effectively to accomplish the organization’s mission.

Только странно, что термин "у них" весьма распространен, а "у нас" я ничего подобного не нахожу...

у меня родился только кондовый "Отчёт о проверке" с пояснением в подзаголовке, что именно проверяли

соответственно "Отчёт о проверке с замечаниями" и "без замечаний"
