Посмотрите, пожалуйста, пункт из договора.

In case of failure to present to the Customer the documentation needed upon p.2.1.6 of the present Agreement by the Consultant, the Consultant when paying the income from the sum to be paid deducts and transfers all taxes which are to be paid on the territory of Russian Federation upon the Russian Legislation and the Agreement for the avoidance of double taxation between the Russian Federation and the residence country

Здесь что-то пропущено (tax?), или я чего-то не понимаю?

Мне просто было непонятно, как можно выплачивать прибыль.

Здесь Консультант - это контора, предоставляющая услуги. За эти услуги она получает прибыль. И выплачивает ее кому?
