С этим "laws for arrangement, composition, judicial management, liquidation, dissolution, receivership" разобрался. А вот как понять "in the case of involuntary proceedings, they are not dismissed within forty-five days" - в случае ненамеренных судебных разбирательств, ... (что с ними происходит?) в течение сорока пяти дней |
