Выражение встречается в следующем контексте:

LL agrees to provide to each relevant NN local company a general full recourse guarantee as Appendix 2 for the event of Partner default (a default in the payment of a repurchase price according to a repurchase obligation provided for a certain leasing transaction), meaning that upon request of the NN local company LL shall pay to the NN local company the repurchase amount as originally guaranteed by its Partner as evidenced by the issue of a repurchase obligation.
