Весь параграф:

Should the company become bankrupt or have a court order for bankruptcy or petitions for bankruptcy which is not withdrawn within 90 days from its initiation, shall go into liquidation, or shall enter into any arrangement or compounds with its creditors in general which materially and adversely affect its ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement, or shall give an end to its overall activities, or if execution is levied upon a substantial part of its assets and not removed within 60 days of issuance.

или если обращено взыскание на значительную часть ее активов и оно не прекращено в течение 60 дней с момента приказа об исполнительном производстве.. вот в этом плане на скорую руку
