Речь идет о ковровых покрытиях, перечисляются требования к подрядчику, что он обязан сделать перед укладкой, в частности:

Customised warranties created on a job by job basis will not be accepted. All warranty items to be full term, non pro-rated for the indicated period. job-by-job basis means that a seller's warranty covers entire product, so if two or more parts failure, then the seller repair them under one warranty, not under separate warranties for each part.

не допускается выпуск гарантий, допускающих частичное уменьшение суммы такой гарантии ввиду что какая-то часть работ все-таки выполнено
