Факт передачи Помещения Арендатору удостоверяется путем подписания полномочными представителями Сторон Акта сдачи-приемки Помещения, содержащего сведения о техническом состоянии Помещения, наличии оборудования или имущества Арендодателя в нем, а также характеристики или дополнительные сведения о передаваемом Помещении, существенные для любой из Сторон.
Мой вариант
The fact of transfer of the Premise shall be attested by signing by authorized representatives of the Parties the Act of transfer and Acceptance that contains information about technical condition of the Premise, availability of equipment or the Landlord’s belongings in it, as well as characteristics and additional data about the transferred Premise essential for both Parties.

И еще вопрос можно Premise в единственном числе употреблять?

Арендатор обязан не нарушать своими действиями и не допускать действий своих сотрудников и посетителей, нарушающих общественный порядок и режим эксплуатации Помещений в Здании, препятствующих нормальной работе других предприятий и организаций, находящихся в Здании.

The Tenant shall not violate by its actions and shall not allow actions of its employees and visitors that may disturb the public peace and working regime of the Premise in the Building that may prevent from normal work other companies locating in the Building.
