| спасибо, но там дальше с этим "глазом" вообще беда: Spread this [watercress] over the end of the meat where the lean eye is, pushing it under the eye. Речь вообще-то идет о шейной части барана, наверное, это мускул какой-то,в бараньей анатомии я - полный ноль. |
