Не могу понять что в данном контексте означает regulations?

Events which cause delay in the fulfillment of the parties’ obligations or make the fulfillment impossible, including natural disasters, civil riot, rebellion, slowdown of work, strike, fire and war, political problems that arise in transit countries or the decisions adopted by the government of such countries, shall be deemed as force majeure events. In such cases, the regulations accepted as force majeure by the Republic of Turkey and defined by applicable laws shall apply.

Оригинал не соответствует: артикли там, где их не должно быть, и наоборот. Поэтому делаю вывод, что regulations accepted as force majeure - это что-то специфическое, понятное только тому, кто это писал.
Можно преобразовать эту фразу:
the regulations on force majeure approved by the Republic of Turkey and defined by applicable laws shall apply.
Подлежат применению положения о ф.-м. обстоятельствах, принятые Турецкой Республикой и оговоренные в действующем законодателстве.
