осуществлениe Цессионарием своих прав

добрый день!

помогите плиз:

Цедент обязан сообщить Цессионарию все иные сведения, имеющие значение для осуществления Цессионарием своих прав по договору займа от 13 августа 2008г. с Должником.

мой вариант:

The Assignor shall provide the Receiver with other data necessary for the Receiver to take the rights under Loan Agreement made on the 15th of August 2008.

Что-то не могу придумать как "осуществление прав" будет, и Должника не знаю как пристроить сюда. И ище - нужен ли артикль перед Loan Agreement?

Подскажите, пожалуйста.

А я бы перевела так: The Assignor shall be obliged to inform the Assignee all other details having importance for the Assignee's enojoying his right under the Loan Agreement of August 15, 2008.

Assignor и Assignee тоже пойдет. enjoy ИМХО не юридическое слово

It shall be responsibility of the Assignor to furnish the Assignee with any other information required for the exercise by the Assignee of its rights under Loan Facility Agreement dated 13th August 2008
