Я бы перевернул немного точку зрения:

Bank Guarantee shall be encashed for the outstanding paymeny/amount

Потому что принципал ничего не требует по БГ - он просто бабки с неё списывает когда имеет повод для этого - когда посчитает, что обеспеченное гарантией обязательство не выполнено должником.
