The HFE (hereditary hemochromatosis) gene is mutated in the majority of patients with hereditary hemochromatosis. This gene is located on the short arm of chromosome 6, and there is an association with the HLA-A3 alloantigen. The HFE gene mutation has been found in parents of children with NH, and parents and affected children may share the HLA-A3 alloantigen.

HFE ген видоизменен у большинства пациентов с наследственным гемохроматозом. Этот ген находится ................. хромосомы 6 и связан с HLA-A3 аллоантигеном. Мутация гена HFE обнаужена у родителей детей с неонатальным гемохроматозом, и родители и дети с этим заболеванием ( имеют общий ???!) HLA-A3 аллоантиген.
