Соседи имхо совсем не то. Смежниками тоже не обзовешь. |
| Так контекст-то какой? Речь идёт о "соседях по изданию", что ли? т.е. разных авторах, собранных в один альманах? Или тут вообще о другом?? |

Perhaps understandably, certain authors' representatives were not really at ease with the prospect of authors having neighbours with rights neighbouring on their own rights. This is reflected in the text of Article 1 of the Rome Convention for the Protection of Performers, Producers of Phonograms and Broadcasting Organizations (1961): "Protection granted under this Convention shall leave intact and shall in no way affect the protection of copyright in literary and artistic works. Consequently, no provision of this Convention may be interpreted as prejudicing such protection." The authors' stake could not have been claimed more clearly, and the demarcation line among the new neighbours could not have been drawn more precisely.
