Объединение территориально распределенных офисов в единую корпоративную сеть.
Получается как-то не по-английски: Connection of territorially-distributed offices into a corporate network.
Может быть заменить territorially distributed на remote, но тогда непонятно, что офисов много (а не два, например)? Можно ли использовать incorporation для объединения? Есть ли способ передать единый и надо ли это в данном случае?

(1) incorporation isn't OK (ибо сильно юридический смысл будет уводить в сторону)

ИМХО, amalgamation имеет не менее сильный "юридический смысл". Throughout, к сожалению, тоже не пойдет, потому что это описание услуги - где бы у вас офисы ни были, мы их объединим.
