Подскажите правильность перевода -выдержка из труд.кодекса

Действие настоящего Кодекса, если иное не предусмотрено законами и международными договорами, ратифицированными Республикой Казахстан, распространяется на:
1) работников, в том числе на работников организаций, расположенных на территории Республики Казахстан, собственниками имущества, участниками или акционерами которых являются иностранные физические или юридические лица;

мой перевод: Save as otherwise provided by the laws and international contracts, confirmed by Republic of Kazakhstan, this Code is applied for:
1) employees, including workers of the companies located on the territory of Kazakhstan WHICH ARE PROPERTY OWNERS AND MEMBERS OR SHAREHOLDERS OF SUCH COMPANIES ARE (вот тут бред какой-то) foreign individuals or legal bodies;

может быть как-то так (чуть-чуть изменив Вашу версию):
