может быть, эти документы должны быть заполнены и возвращены инженеру, когда тот закончит все монтажные работы и вернется к себе в страну? (инженер должен приехать из страны А в страну Б, чтобы установить в стране Б оборудование, которое поставляет его контора. ну а потом уедет домой и должен типа привезти с собой вот эти документы заполненные??? да? нет? ).
