To 'freeze' property is to put it in limbo, on hold. In other words, it remains in possession of the owner of said property, but the owner is unable to conduct any operations with it.

To 'seize' property is to forcibly disposses the owner of said property under authority of law and putting it into custody of the court in satisfaction of a judgement or in consequence of violation of public law

To 'confiscate' property is to take private property without just compensation (without full indemnity or remuneration to the owner) and/or transfer it to public use, usually as a result of a criminal conviction or because possession of said property was a crime in itself.
