В общем, вопрос в заголовке. Фраза - Необходимо выдать Компании 1 необходимое оборудование со склада для компании 2. А также - выдача со склада. Заранее спасибо.

The best to me seems "to release" :-)

мои 2 коп. Вот если резцы токарям или уголок монтажникам, то может лучше issue, а если товар клиенту, то безусловно release.
