Пожалуйста, помогите перевести - stretch candidate

Контекст: A Ready candidate is able to fill the job now. A Stretch candidate will be ready in a year or two or will need extra support and mentoring if placed in the job today.

С ready candidate - все понятно, а вот Stretch....
Мультитран дает только stretch job - должность, на которой придётся попотеть во многих смыслах (project at work that you might have to spend some extra time researching to be able to do well).

Google гуглит английский вариант, а русское соответствие не могу подобрать.
