В конце этой недели в Москве состоится совещание, НА КОТОРОМ будут подведены итоги конкурса и определятся стройотряды-победители

Друзья подскажите пожалуйста, можно ли перевести "на котором" словом wherein (whereat?)

A conference, whereat tendering process will(would) be completed and winner teams will be defined, is taking place by the end of this week.

Или это хрен полныя?
