In case of termination of the present Agreement, for any reason whatsoever, Supplier will facilitate the transition of the acquired competencies for the sake of the operating continuity, by supporting the new service provider and/or Client personnel for a time up to 3 months, provided however that prior to such support activities, all payments due under this Agreement have been made by Client and the Parties have reached an agreement on how to remunerate Supplier for these support activities.
