Затруднение вызывают выделенные предложения:

Рабочий вариант перевода первого предложения: "Потеря напряжения на клеммах первичного соединения с источником питания может составлять –5%." Как его приспособить к аналогичному предложению из второго абзаца, я не знаю.

Помогите, кто может, пожалуйста.

it is just the name of terminal - use as "клеммы –5%" or "клеммы +5%"

Правда, я все равно не понял смысла этого предложения. В нем ведь по контексту должна разъяснятся причина падения (1-е предложение) и повышения (2-е предложение) напряжения в цепи управления. А смысл здесь что-то не очень складывается.
