Уважаемые переводчики,

помогите, пожалуйста, перевести слово "незаключенность".

Из текста оспариваемого договора невозможно установить его предмает, что свидетельствуею о его незаключенности.

В данном случае справедливо
и the contract is void

и there is no contract.
