Subject: Carried Interest Contribution Всем привет!Помогите дать правильный перевод Carried Interest Contribution. Вот контекст: Each Founder Partner shall, in respect of its entitlement to Carried Interest, on the date specified in each Drawdown Notice which requires a Capital Contribution, contribute (to the extent not previously contributed (including by way of the Initial Contribution)) additional amounts by way of Capital Contribution so that their aggregate total Capital Contributions equal an aggregate sum in cash which equals 20% of the Total Capital Commitments (such additional amounts, its Carried Interest Contribution). Such Carried Interest Contribution shall be made in addition to the Capital Contribution required to be made by the Founder Partners by virtue of the Commitment made by them as an Investor, if any. In order to ensure that this is complied with, each Founder Partner agrees that a Manager Entity or the General Partner (or one of their Associates) may make a non-interest bearing loan to that Founder Partner in the amount of its Capital Commitment which is repayable on demand. |
