Пожалуйста помогите перевести фразу из контракта, которое встречается в следующем контексте:
Предоставляемый персонал Субподрядчика должен быть протестирован на компетентность и при прохождении его будет принят Подрядчиком и его Заказчиком. При несоответствии персонала все связанные расходы не будут оплачиваться Подрядчиком.
Perssonnel provided by Subcontractor shall be examined to competency then after passing it Contractor or Client shall approve. In case of personnel nonconfomance all costs related thereof shall be born by Contractor.

у Вас в русском безграмотно, отсюда и в английском проблемы... при прохождении ЕГО?? персонала?? Субподрядчика??

Что-то в таком духе могу предложить:
The Personnel provided by a (the - если Субподрядчик один, заранее известный) Subcontractor shall pass a competency test and if passed, shall be accepted by the Contractor and the Client; if failed, all related expenses shall not be paid by the Contractor.

The Subcontractor personnel shall be evaluated professional qualifications and skills and approved by the Contractor and its Customer subject to satisfactory results. The Contractor shall be exempt of all related expenses if such personnel fail to meet applicable eligibility criteria.
